Every item is handmade with love and dedication. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Once the package has been shipped, Let Love Brew is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS directly for any issues regarding your shipment. Please note that it might take a little longer during holiday seasons. If you have any questions regarding an order needed by a specific date, please contact us to make sure we can meet that deadline.

Orders ship within 3-5 business days after payment has been received for your order. Some items are made to order and will ship out within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information once the order is on its way! ​

Return Policy

Return and exchange requests must be received within five days of receiving your order. To process a return or exchange an item, items must be in new, unused condition. Personalized items are final sale. The buyer is responsible for paying the return and exchange shipping costs.

All items purchased on sale or with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
